Shipping policy

We deliver worldwide. However there may be restrictions on certain international delivery destinations.

If you order products from the site for delivery to one of the international delivery destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.

Please note that we have no control over these charges so we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.

We will not be responsible if you break any such law.

We operate on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.  Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather.

The prices of the products will be quoted on the site from time to time.  We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.  However if we discover an error in the price of products(s) you ordered, pleased see below what happens in this event.

Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a dispatch confirmation.

The price of a product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being.  However if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the day of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in fill before the change in VAT takes effect.

The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as follows:

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £325 (UK mainland)

UPS Standard Delivery - £10

1-2 working days.

Orders placed by 11.30am will be delivered the next working day.

Please note that working days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Our rates for international deliveries are:

EU: UPS Standard Delivery - £15

REST OF WORLD: UPS -£25
